มังคุด เชียงของ

 

“ราชินีแห่งผลไม้” (Queen of Fruits) แห่งเมืองเชีองของ จากสายพันธ์ุดั้งเดิม ส่งต่อความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ 

เรื่องราวจากรุ่นสู่รุ่นมากว่า 30 ปี ปลูกในภูมิประเทศที่เป็นภูเขาสูง ที่มีอากาศหนาวเย็น ฝนตก ตามฤดูกาล

ในพื้นบ้านห้วยเม็ง ต.เวียง อ.เชียงของ จ.เชียงราย มีการดูแลรักษาตามธรรมชาติ ลักษณะผิวมัน ติดลายเล็กน้อย รสชาติหวาน

ถือเป็นผลไม้ท้องถิ่นตามฤดูกาล Local Fresh Fruits โดยผลผลิตจะอยู่ในช่วง สิงหาคม-กันยายน ของทุกปี

โดยปกติผลผลิตส่วนใหญ่จะถูกส่งไปขายยังจีนตอนใต้ เนื่องจากเป็นที่นิยมของคนจีนในพื้นที่

 

มังคุดมีสารต่อต้านอนุมูลอิสระซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยในการชะลอวัยและการเกิดริ้วรอย ช่วยบำรุงผิวพรรณให้เปล่งปลั่งสดใส

อีกทั้งยังช่วยเสริมสร้างระบบภูมิต้านทานให้แข็งแรง ลดกลิ่นปากอันไม่พึงประสงค์ 

นอกจากนี้ยังมีสารจีเอ็ม-1 ซึ่งใช้เป็นส่วนประกอบในเครื่องสำอาง สำหรับผู้มีปัญหาสภาพผิวเรื้อรังจากสิวและอาการแพ้

       A traditional variety of mangosteen has been growing by experienced farmers in an appropriate tropical rainforest, located in an agricultural village, Huai Meng, Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai. The Uniqueness goes from generation to generation over thirty years regarding natural fertilised gardening. The fruit of the mangosteen is round and flattened on the ends with thick, hard, deep red rind surrounding snow-white flesh. It is sweet and tangy when ripe. The harvest season is around August to September. Normally, most of the produce is sold to southern China because of its demand among Chinese people.

       The mangosteen contains antioxidants that help in aging and wrinkles, as well as help to brighten the skin. It also strengthens the immune system and reduce bad breath odor. The mangosteen contains GM-1, which is used as a cosmetic ingredient. For those with chronic acne skin problems and allergies. To ensure the quality of the product and nutritional safety we have sent samples for residue analysis from standard institutions. The results showed ‘No residue’
